When Washington resident Susan Murphy (Reese Witherspoon) at the mysterious body up, he presumed monster and arrested by the military. He was placed in the institution together with other monster-monster: Dr. Cockroach, Ph.D., head scientist insects (Hugh Laurie), Missing Link, the human fish aged 20000 years (Will Arnett), Bob a difficult monster destroyed (Seth Rogan) and seranggasaurus (Jimmy Kimmel), the insect body is higher than Susan. When a UFO landing and alien named chairman Gallaxhar (Rainn Wilson) asks that the earth is left to them, General WR Monger (Kiefer Sutherland) recommend to the President (Stephen Colbett) to the monster weapons to help them against the alien.
